Shipping & Fulfillment
Juliet is a small, student-run brand, and every order is packaged with care and intention. Please allow up to 5–7 business days for processing and fulfillment. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Note: Shipping timelines do not include weekends or holidays. Juliet is not responsible for shipping delays once a package has been transferred to the carrier.
Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit
At this time, we do not accept returns.
We do offer exchanges for size or store credit if your preferred size is no longer available. All exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
To begin an exchange, please email us at hellothere@shewearsjuliet.com with your order number and reason for the request. Once your exchange is approved, we’ll provide instructions for shipping it back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is incorrect or arrives damaged.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately so we can make it right. Kindly include photos of the issue along with your order number for quicker resolution.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Because orders are processed quickly, we’re unable to guarantee changes or cancellations after an order is placed. If you need to make a change, please reach out as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
